Find a Provider

As a member of CHNW Cascade Select, you must choose an in-network Primary Care Provider (PCP) to get your medical care. Exceptions

The only exceptions are emergencies, urgently needed care when the network is not available (generally, when you are out of the service area), out-of-area dialysis services, and cases in which CHNW Cascade Select authorizes the use of out-of-network providers.

Behavioral Health

Members do not need a referral to see a Behavioral Health Professional. Lots of people experience mental health or substance use issues at some point in their lives. You are not alone. Support from care providers and community can make these issues manageable and help you feel your best.

Can’t find an in-network specialist close to you? In that case, just call your primary doctor and ask them to refer you to a specialist who is out-of-network. After a referral is made, CHPW will cover your visit as though it was in-network.

Virtual Care

For times when you can’t make it to the doctor’s office or clinic in person, consider virtual care (also known as telehealth or telemedicine).

24/7 Nurse Advice Line

CHNW Cascade Select members may call the Nurse Advice Line for free medical advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-866-418-2920 (TTY Relay: Dial 711).
